Regatta at the Canottieri Naples: A Success of Wind and Competition
Naples, 6 April 2025 – The regatta organized by Circolo Canottieri Napoli, which took place from 5 to 6 April 2025, ended with great success. 17 boats lined up on the starting line, ready to compete in an exciting competition weekend.
The weather conditions gave two days of exciting regattas, with a westerly wind blowing between 8 and 10 knots, creating a challenging and never-expected race field, as highlighted by the Race Committee. The crews gave their best, showing skill and determination.
The winning team, made up of Stella and Recalcati, dominated the competition, maintaining positions never below the second. The Viganò brothers finished in second place, while Sanzone and Ruggeri finished on the podium.
A big thank you goes to the Napoli Rowers’ Club, the Regatta Committee, the photographer Carlo Di Santo for capturing the highlights of the race and all those who have reached the Neapolitan city to participate in this event.
The regatta was not only a sporting competition, but also an opportunity to celebrate the passion for sailing and the bond with the sea that characterizes Naples.
