41 boats participated at the F18 German Nationals 2014 this year. Robert Schütz and Rea Kühl had a hard time to keep Jörg Gosche and Hannes Pegel away from the first place. In the final race it was decided who’s going to be the German champion 2014. With only 1 point difference between number 1 and 2 it was was a thrill till the end. Sven Lindstädt and Maren Odefey ended on the podium as well with only 7 points behind the number 1.
Next year the F18 Worlds will be held in Kiel (Germany) as well. It’s good to see such large numbers of German F18’s already. This should me a big F18 event next year, registrations will start soon.
