Registrations for Sarasota are steadily increasing, with now already 44 teams having confirmed their participation in October. For European teams who want to have their own boat in Florida we have some good news!
The class is looking for realistic options to organize round-trip shipping from The Hague/Rotterdam (The Netherlands) to Sarasota.
Loading of the container will take place at the end of August in order to have sufficient margin for timely arrival in Sarasota before the event will take place from 12-19 October. Round-trip shipping costs are to be confirmed, but are estimated to be between €500 – €600 per boat. Teams that are interested in shipping their own F18 catamaran to Sarasota can contact Ad Noordzij by email.

We also looked for cheaper options to get your boat in Sarasota….. and found one. Just follow the containerships going west from Europe. At the F18 Raid Worlds 2017 many teams already had some time to practise with these boats 🙂
