With very regular results in the top three of the fleet, Brett Burvill & Max Puttman didn’t had to sail the 12th and last race of Australian Nationals to get the title, scoring a 23 points final result after two discards, when fight for second place has been pretty tense between Matt Homan & Kris Bilston (37 points) one point ahead local team James McDonald & Joey Randall.
Adrian Fawcett & Jess Dobie finish close fourth with 42 points, when Gavin Parker & Dan Brown are ranked fifth with 57.8 points, benefiting of redress given in Race 2.
It is to thank Frankston Yacht Club for organising 2025 edition, and to note the good participation level, stressing the presence of 10 mixed teams and many young sailors among the fleet of 32 boats.
Everyone is now eager to enter 2026 F18 Worlds to be sailed at Jervoise Bay Saing Club, WA, in one year time !
